Cayetano won’t back down, 
questions Mike’s waiver

Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano on Friday cast doubt on the waiver signed by the President’s husband, Mike Arroyo, to allow a German bank to open any account of the Arroyos there to scrutiny by congressional probers.

Cayetano, who has been charged by Mike Arroyo before the House ethics committee, said the waiver should also cover the bank accounts the Arroyos under fictitious names.
