Board admits Petron’s side
in suspended mayor’s case |

BALANGA City, Bataan: The
Sangguniang Panlalawigan on Wednesday accepted the inclusion of
Petron Corp. as complainant in the case against suspended Mayor
Nelson David of Limay despite the continuous opposition of his
counsel.
In a vote of 8-3, the provincial
board members sitting en banc approved that Petron be heard in the
case “in the interest of unearthing the truth.”
