inmates from jail |
|
Muslim insurgents using grenade launchers blasted their way into the
Kidapawan jail in North Cotabato early Friday and freed 49 inmates,
including two Jemaah Islamiah bombing suspects.
Jail warden Red Marasigan said
about 20 Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) guerrillas attacked
the prison.
