CA rules disputed part
of Luneta belongs to Manila

The city of Manila, and not the Republic of the Philippines, owns the Luneta Park extension that now hosts the “Museo Pambata” and the “City of Manila Museum” or the old Army Navy Club.

The Court of Appeals (CA) on January 15 junked the national government’s appeal, through the Land Registration Authority, to claim the prime parcels of real estate.
