Singson backs 
candidacies of actors Montano, Gomez 

 
VIGAN CITY: Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson disclosed that he is endorsing movie actor Cesar Montano to join another movie actor Richard Gomez, who he said was earlier chosen as one of the senatorial aspirants under the ruling Lakas-­Christian Muslim Democrats as another candidate of the party.

Montano played the role of Singson in the movie Chavit Singson Story shown in Philippine theaters sometime ago.
