OPPOSITION leaders said representatives of their
“grand and broad” coalition voted unanimously to adopt jailed
Magdaló leader Antonio Trillanes IV as a senatorial bet.
Angelito Banayo and former
senator Ernesto Maceda told news cable station ANC that even members
of civil society groups, including former senator Leticia Ramos-Shahani,
voted for Trillanes.
