The administration “unity ticket” on Monday named an heir to the
Sultanate of Sulu as its 12th candidate for the Senate race.
Secretary Gabriel Claudio,
political adviser to President Arroyo, said Jamalul Kiram 3rd was
chosen after a series of consultations with government leaders in
Mindanao and representatives of parties in the administration
coalition.
