Cordillera councilors want jueteng stopped

 
BAGUIO CITY: Concerned members of the Philippine Councilors’ League in the Cordilleras, who gathered in Baguio, shared a common sentiment that the controversial illegal numbers game jueteng should be stopped once and for all.

The sentiment was aired when concerned councilors from Abra, Ifugao and Kalinga asked what’s the plan of Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson of Ilocos Sur on the bid to stop jueteng if luck permits him to be elected senator in the May elections.
