New printers from Epson

Everybody wants to capture a perfect picture right at that perfect moment and we are very excited to see it in print right after. If you want to have your pictures printed right after taking them, you'll definitely go for this Epson PictureMate PM250.

Recently, Epson unveils their portable 4R printer-PM250 that aims to be the most advanced 4R printer. It is PC-less where you can print your picture right away using a large tilt-able 2.5 inches LCD monito to select and edit images from memory cards, digital cameras and mobile phones. Its set of buttons allows the users to navigate, crop photos and remove red eye, without a PC. You can transfer photos using wired or wireless options such as using a memory card slot, PictBridge or USB Direct Print links and optional Bluetooth support. What's important is that you don't forget to plug-in the optional rechargeable battery that can print up to 150 photos when completely charged.

Approximately 2.5 kilograms, this handy photo printer is just three steps away from having your printed copy. Insert your memory card, choose a photo and in just 42 seconds the picture you've taken is already in your hands.

"What's special with this printer is that aside from being handy, it is equipped with Epson Claria Photo Lab system," which is the latest innovation from Epson that produces high quality pictures," said Erwin Creencia, Product Manager-Consumer Products, Epson Philippines.

Epson Claria Photo Lab system includes Epson Claria PhotoEnhance software that automatically corrects color and lighting imperfections in poorly taken digital images; and Epson Claria Photographic Inks that let your pictures stay in pristine condition up to 200 years. It offers rich color tones, excellent depth, stunning clarity and improved glossiness that outlast traditional lab photos.

Aside from PM250, Epson also launched three other printers, the Epson Stylus Photo R270, Epson Stylus Photo RX590 and Epson Stylus Photo R390.

"What's common with all these printers is the "ink." We made sure that all of these three is equipped with Claria inks," said Randy Kanapi, Epson Marketing group Head.

"Our target market are mainly photographers and graphic professionals," added Kanapi.

The Epson PictureMatePM250 is available at the prize of Php 12, 995.00, Epson Stylus Photo R270 for Php 8, 995.00, Epson Stylus Photo RX590 for Php 13, 995.00 and Epson Stylus Photo R390 for 14, 995.00.
