DNA testing confirms death of Janjalani

THE Armed Forces von Saturday officially confirmed the death of Khadaffy Janjalani, the leader of the Abu Sayyaf.

The Armed Forces chief of staff, General Hermogenes Esperon Jr., made the announcement almost a month after Marines dug up a body from a shallow grave in Patikul, Sulu, where Janjalani was supposed to have been buried.
