Judiciary lacks
money to secure its men

It is high
time threatened judges receive arms, according to Supreme Court
Administrator Christopher Lock.
In an
interview with The Manila Times following the death Friday night of
Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court Judge Nathaniel Pattugalan,
Lock said there is a growing need to secure judges amid mounting
hazards to their profession.
