Ang offers plea
bargain |

Businessman Charlie “Atong”
Ang, one of deposed President Estrada’s closest friends, pleaded
guilty to corruption on Wednesday.
In the plea bargain, Ang,
extradited in November 2006 from the United States, admitted to
charges that he had helped Estrada pile up an $80-million fortune.
