Another Chinese New Year; 
new ‘feng shui’ tips

DOING the right thing and striking a balance should improve almost everything—one’s personality, career and even one’s day-to-day living. It should also resolve problems in love, familial relationships and friendships. That is the promise of feng shui year in and year out, and the coming Chinese New Year of the Fire Boar in February is no different.

As always, a refresher’s course in feng shui is appropriate this time of year. Feng Shui, which literally means “wind” and “water,” is all about positioning things in a certain way—the “right” way—to achieve a balance with one’s surroundings and in one’s life. It also entails such things as a lucky color, a lucky number and a lucky direction for a particular year.
