A questionable
reward |
|
The Philippine National Police
should throw out the window Supt. Wilfredo Dulay’s recommendation
to give commendations to the police officers who assaulted the
Iloilo provincial capitol on January 17.
Dulay, the police director for
western Visayas, on Thursday told the Senate Committee on Public
Order that he had recommended commendations for the officers and men
who menaced unarmed civilians in the capitol premises. The
commendation would include promotion, medals and compensation.
