GMA allies cool to Sotto, Oreta


Malacañang on Friday moved to soothe grumblings among the President’s supporters following the defection of staunch Estrada stalwarts Vicente “Tito” Sotto 3rd and Tessie Aquino-Oreta to the administration camp.

Proadministration congressmen expressed their extreme displeasure at the Palace for welcoming Sotto and Oreta into the administration fold, calling the two “opportunists.”
