Aussies nab terror suspect


Brisbane: Australian police have arrested an Indian doctor on suspicion of involvement with failed car bombings in Britain, more 16,000 kilometers (10,000 miles) away, authorities said Tuesday.

The 27-year-old Indian man, who worked as a hospital registrar on Australia’s Gold Coast, was detained at Brisbane airport as he tried to leave the country on a one-way ticket late Monday, officials said.
