a
solution to CARP woes |

TALISAY City: Presidential Adviser for Western
Visayas Rafael Coscolluela said the relief of Stephen Leonidas,
provincial agrarian reform office head, will not solve the conflict
among farmers’ groups contesting the right to till the more than a
hundred hectares of property in Hacienda Velez-Malaga, Barangay
Robles, La Castellana town.
Whoever the Department of
Agrarian Reform will assign in the area will face the same problem
Leonidas faced, he said.
