Build-To-Own is the latest
concept in property development that has piqued the interest of
hopeful homeowners. What does it mean and how does it help bring

With BTO, homeowners directly
engage the services of a team of construction profesionals who build
their homes at direct cost. Thus, non-project related add-on costs
