Judge penalized for
ordering
arrest of ABS-CBN correspondent |

THE Supreme Court disciplined a
lower court judge who ordered the arrest of ABS-CBN news
correspondent Gus Abelgas and four police officers that conducted a
rescue operation on underage girls working at a KTV bar in
Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.
The SC First Division found
guilty of gross ignorance of the law former Pinamalayan, Oriental
Mindoro MTC Judge Godofredo Hernandez Sr.
