BROTHERS Andreo Eduardo and Andreo Lorenzo Estrellado
made the lanes their family playground as they topped their
respective divisions in the Milo-sponsored SM bowling tournament at
the SM Megamall Bowling Center.
Eduardo tallied 166 pinfalls to
win the boys’ 7 to 9 years old bracket over Czar Kyle Firmiza, who
finished with 145, while Lorenzo ruled the 13 to 15 division with a
three-game series of 321, highlighted by a single game high of 125.
Other winners in the boys’
division were Erwin Yap-tangco (10-12) and Ronill Obordo (16-19).
Champions in the girls’
division were Romylene Garcia (7-9), Myden Garcia (10-12) and Jamila
Cruz (13-15).
The tournament gave kids the
opportunity to compete and showcase the skills and techniques they
learned from the Milo Summer Sports Clinics, which has been offering
scientific training for the past 25 years. Besides bowling, the
clinics offer lessons in badminton, basketball, chess, football,
gymnastics, ice skating, karatedo, lawn tennis, muay, swimming, tae
kwon do and volleyball.
