AFP denies cover-up
in Burgos abduction |

THE Armed Forces on Thursday
denied it was covering up for its officers who are implicated in the
abduction of Jonas Burgos and two other activists.
Jonas’ mother, Edita Burgos, on
Wednesday lashed out at the Armed Forces chief of staff, Gen.
Hermogenes Esperon Jr., for refusing to furnish her with a copy of
an investigation report of the Office of the Provost Marshal.
