Two slay ‘victims’ very much alive

TWO men listed by a human-rights group as victims of extrajudicial killings are actually alive, the Philippine National Police said Tuesday.

Danilo Flores Fajardo and Hilario Larry Faraon had been living quiet lives for the past several years in a remote village in San Miguel, Bulacan, police officials said.
