CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga: Environmental experts here are
calling for public support in averting an impending water crisis
that could hit Central Luzon anytime.
Citing the indiscriminate use of
water resources of the region over the last several decades, the
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) here stressed
the urgency of the need for conservation efforts.
