TOP seed Ronnie Alcano survived
unheralded Benjamin Guevarra, 9-8, to keep his title bid alive in
the San Miguel Beer-sponsored Billiards and Snooker Congress of
the Philippines National Open Wednesday at the Ninoy Aquino
Stadium.
Alcano, who lost to Fidel
Punzalan the other day, will next face Daniel de la Rosa, who scored
a 9-5 victory over John Rebong.
