CAMP DANGWA, Benguet: An
incumbent mayor in Abra province and his supporter were arrested for
alleged possession of five unlicensed high-and low-powered firearms
with ammunition, the police reported Thursday.
The PNP Task Force Abra team, led
by Chief Insp. Melvin Napiloy, while responding to a shooting near
the mayor’s farmhouse in Barangay Lusuac in Peñarrubia on
Wednesday afternoon nabbed Mayor Antonio Domesag of Peñarrubia town
and one Ferdinand Fernandez.
