Confusion on October 29

It looks like we are facing massive confusion on October 29, the day we are scheduled to elect our barangay officials and the officers of the Sangguniang Kabataan.

The House has voted to postpone the elections to May 11, 2008, reportedly for lack of funds and preparations. The last presidential and local elections had bled party and personal coffers dry, congressmen said.
