Malacañang ignores charge |

P1-2M offered to
impeach GMA |

Magdalo lawyer Atty. Roel Pulido has filed an impeachment complaint,
the third in the latest series, against President Gloria Arroyo in
connection with the controversial national broadband network project
of the government, but Malacañang has pooh-poohed his complaint as
“petty grandstanding” and a “waste of people’s time and
money.”
In a speech at the
launching of the “Go Negosyo caravan” in San Fernando, Pampanga,
Mrs. Arroyo said no amount of political noise could divert her
attention from developing the economy and improving the lives of the
Filipino people.
