“Iam a big believer of recycling, workin the concept of going back
to the basics, of preserving nature’s legacy,” says 28-year-old
interior designer, Wilhelmina Garcia. Such ardor for everything
recycled and “nature-based” produced the refreshing unit design
which won the grand prize in the 2007 Metrobank Art and Design
Excellence (MADE) National Competition for Interior Design.
Century City Development Corp., an affiliate of Century Properties

held the groundbreaking of The Gramercy Residences at the former
International School Manila (ISM) property, located in Kalayaan
Avenue, Makati City.

Garden Suites and Residences at #999 Edsa North Triangle, Quezon
City, fronting SM Annex.

recently launched the “EcoArt, EcoBuild, EcoWatch: A Global
Awareness by Hunter Douglas” design competition.
