The former Comelec commissioner says his name has
been dragged into the alleged smuggling try

SUBIC BAY Freeport: It seems like wherever he goes controversy
follows, this time former Comelec commissioner Virgilio Garcillano has been linked
with a smuggling attempt after police authorities flagged down a 1999 Porsche
Boxter said to have been smuggled out of Subic Bay Freeport a week
ago.
But the controversial Comelec commissioner on
Monday denied owning the said 1999 Porsche Boxter that was
confiscated by the Olongapo Police on Friday morning at Barangay
Cabalan.
