Wholesale sacking of district engineers in the Bicol

LEGAZPI CITY: The recent wholesale sacking of district
engineers in Bicol is being blamed on the weak leadership of the
DPWH.
Already, six of the 14 district engineers in the
region have been sacked after the May elections on petition of their
representative. One of the casualties was a full-fledged district
engineer who is expected to retire early next year.
