Manda denies issuing ECC to Ynares |
|
‘You either have an environmental compliance
certificate or you don’t have one,’ says the LLDA general
manager

LAGUNA Lake Development Authority (LLDA) General
Manager Ed Manda strongly denied issuing any Environmental
Compliance Certificate (ECC) to the 19-hectare Rizal Provincial
Sanitary Landfill in Barangay San Isidro.
In a telephone interview with The Manila Times,
Manda said that he has not issued any ECC to Rizal Provincial Gov.
Casimiro “Jun” Ynares 3rd.
