Uno impeachment rap dead

THE House of Representatives will not entertain anymore the impeachment complaint to be filed on Monday against President Gloria Arroyo by the United Opposition (UNO).

House Majority Leader Arthur Defensor of Iloilo said such a complaint is already “barred” under the Constitution since the House had referred to the House Committee on Justice the first impeachment complaint filed against Mrs. Arroyo by lawyer Roel Pulido on October 5.
