Veterans doctor in
hazing
finally makes statement |

The hospital doctor who attended
to alleged hazing victim Cris Anthony Mendez made a statement
Wednesday at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Dr. Daphne Gascon of the
Veterans’ Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) arrived at the NBI
headquarters Wednesday morning in response to a subpoena issued by
the NBI-Antiterrorism Division. She was accompanied by her lawyer,
Freddie Lilagan.
