Consumers upbeat on year-end prospects |
|

CONSUMERS have turned upbeat
about fourth-quarter economic prospects, according to the latest
survey of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
In the latest round of its
Consumer Expectations Survey, the BSP said the confidence index
posted a positive 4.1 percent in the fourth quarter, a turnaround
from the negative 23.6 percent for the third quarter.
