CINCINNATI—Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in
relationship management, has announced the International Association
of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has selected Convergys as one of
the world’s best outsourcing service providers.
The IAOP named Convergys to its annual ranking
of the World’s Best Outsourcing Service Providers-The Global
Outsourcing 100. The list includes the biggest and best companies
from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing
services.

development of people, process, and technologies; the experience and
accomplishments of Convergys’ executive team; and its investment
in relationship management systems that ensure outsourcing
success.
The IAOP announced the companies named to the
Global Outsourcing 100 list at the 2008 Outsourcing World Summit in
Orlando . The complete list will be published in the special May 5,
FORTUNE 500 issue of the magazine.
Meantime, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Magazine has also named Convergys as a service leader in outsourcing
in its “2008 Service Awards” issue—its fifth annual review of
industry innovation and success. In making the award, CRM referred
to Convergys’ strong customer satisfaction rating“ scoring 4.5
out of 5 - and efforts to explore opportunities in Spanish-speaking
markets.
