The Senate approved on third and
final reading Tuesday a bill giving the chief of staff of the
Armed Forces a fixed term of office of three years to end the
present “revolving door policy.”
The vote for the bill authored by
Sen. Rodolfo Biazon was 18-0 with no abstention.
