KC Concepcion believes in balance

Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion is fully aware that she needs to maintain a certain balance in her many activities if she wants to be happy, healthy and fulfilled.  Ever since she came back from her university studies in Paris, KC has experienced a harried life, brought about by her many undertakings as the “celebrity of the moment.”

“I try my best to keep both my mind and body healthy, free from stress and anything negative, “ she tells us. KC knows that show business can be a source of undue stress caused by intrigues and controversies.  “I practically grew up in showbiz, and I am aware that this business can cause extreme joy and extreme sadness, depending on how one handles his or her career.  That’s why I need to be tough inside out.”

Lifestyle and entertainment writers have noticed that KC has been successful in keeping fit. She knows that there is a high probability that she can get bigger in size since her genes dictate that, but she is trying her best to keep a healthy frame.  She adds that she has no real secrets except that she chooses what she eats, exercises and “I try to always think positive thoughts.”  Concepcion runs and she goes to dance classes if she finds time.

KC is a favorite celebrity endorser of many fashion and beauty brands, and this makes her happy.  “It’s nice that someone like me can be a role model, “she muses.

Besides from her many product endorsements, KC is doubly excited these days because she has finished taping for her first-ever drama stint on local television.  She finally said yes to play a lead role in the drama anthology Maala-ala Mo Kaya and tonight, all eyes will be on KC.  “I hope to pass the initiation, “ she humbly says, admitting that she feels nervous.  “I feel good that I’ve wrapped up work for it, but I also feel a little pressure.”

She further states that she hopes to makes her mama proud with her first foray into acting for television.  Those who have seen the teaser are one in saying that KC Concepcion has got what it takes to make it big in the acting department.  From what we heard, she has already agreed to do a movie before the year ends.
