Hyundai, All-Manila Selection
football match at Nomads

KOREAN national league champion Hyundai will face All-Manila Selection in a goodwill match on Tuesday at the Nomads Football Club in Merville Park in Parañaque.

Philippine Football Federation President Jose Mari Martinez said the match, originally scheduled at the Philsports in Pasig City, was moved to Nomads to allow more people to each game.

PFF national team Committee Chairman Jose Vito Borromeo coordinated with Nomads club director and general manager Andy Yates for the transfer of venue.

The Hyundai Dolphins will meet the All-Manila Selection at 6 p.m. followed by the match between the RP women’s team and the Korean Church girls’ squad at 8 p.m.

The Philippines will use the tournament to select the members of the team that will see action in the Asian Challenge Cup in Bacolod in May.

The 31-member Korean delegation headed by Korean Football Association official Kim Dong Ae, the secretary-general of the 2007 FIFA World Cup Under-17 Championship, arrived on Saturday.

Choi Soon Ho is the head coach of the semi-pro Korean team whose complete name is Ulsan Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.
