‘Food for school’ program in
Nueva Ecija to benefit 45,405 pupils

CABANATUAN CITY: Some 45,405 public school pupils from 19 Nueva Ecija towns stand to benefit from the “Food for School Program” that was launched over the weekend, a ranking food grains official said on Tuesday.

Edelino Alejandro, National Food Authority provincial manager, said the agency teamed up with the Department of Education and the local government units to implement the program.
