Puno sees conflicts in role of ‘moral’
leader |

Supreme Court Chief Justice Reynato Puno on Tuesday turned down an
invitation of ousted House Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. to sit as
chairman of the so-called Council for Moral Revolution that the
former top congressman had proposed.
The council supposedly will fight
alleged corruption in the government of President Gloria Arroyo.
