For their notable growth performance last year, BayanTrade, a
business solutions outsourcing firm, and its affiliate, ABM
Computech Enterprises, Inc. have swept major awards at two recent
SAP events held in Singapore and Makati City.
At the SAP Field Kick-Off Meeting (FKOM) held
late January at Suntec Singapore International Convention &
Exhibition Centre, the BayanTrade group received major awards. FKOM
is an annual event for all SAP employees and partners in the
Asia-Pacific Japan region.
ABM emerged as the big winner for reaping four
prestigious awards in Business One category, namely, 2007 Achiever
Award, 2007 Top New Names Award, 2007 Outstanding Implementation
Performance Award—Asia Pacific Japan, and Sales Excellence Award
for Asia-Pacific Japan for Maria Elinor Amin, ABM's business
development manager.
BayanTrade presented BT Builder, an industry
solution BayanTrade developed using SAP R3 for the local
construction, engineering and real estate sector. It is one of only
five partners SAP invited from the Asia Pacific region which
included industry giants like Wipro. BayanTrade placed second at the
SAP Business-All-in-One (A1) Demo Jam where chosen companies were
asked to present their A1 solutions.
At the SAP Philippines Partner Awards Night held
February 6 at the New World Renaissance Hotel, BayanTrade received
three major awards, including the 2007 SAP Partner of the Year in
the Business A1 category.
Its solution sales manager for the mid-market,
Ms. Cris Mendoza, received the 2007 High Flyer of the Year, while
its project manager for the BT Builder development team, Ms.
Dominique Esguerra, was awarded 2007 A1 Consultant of the Year.
ABM, on the other hand, received four awards.
ABM itself was declared Partner of the Year with the most number of
New Names for Business One and Partner of the Year for SAP
Financing.
Its consulting manager, Ms. Mary Etac-Yarzo, and
account manager, Ms. Loveme Salazar, were awarded Consultant of the
Year for Business One and High Flyer of the Year for SAP Financing,
respectively.
The BayanTrade group looks ahead to 2008 with
greater prospects for growth and for building its reputation as a
SAP business solutions industry leader both locally and
internationally.
