High-rise Fountain Breeze

Security, affordability are premium

By Johanna M. Sampan

PHINMA Properties is going full throttle on an ambitious project dubbed “Fountain Breeze”—the first ever high-rise property development to be built on a strategic spot 30 minutes from Makati City and 15 minutes from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Articulating on the endeavor, Willie Joven Uy, president and chief executive officer of Phinma Properties says: “We have to continually evolve, it’s time we moved up. We’re now in that stage where we have already proven ourselves in terms of medium-rise development.”  Uy adds that the company has now become bolder and more aggressive in terms of business strategies. “The second phase of Fountain Breeze, which is high-rise development project, will prove that we can replicate the same success from our earlier medium-rise projects.”

Uy explains that their mission is beyond mere construction of attractive dwellings. “They know that when we build homes, we don’t just build homes; we build a community, a community made up of homes that are not only aesthetically beautiful but of high quality as well, not to mention that we also put premium on security and affordability.”

Unveiled in December 2007, Fountain Breeze’s first phase is composed of 493, 30-square meter condo units in walk-up clusters that are now ready for occupancy. The second phase comprising six 11-storey high-rise condominiums on a 3.1-hectare lot has started construction and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Uy announces that for as low as P10,000 per month through PAGIBIG financing scheme, buyers can acquire units measuring 30- to 40-square meters. He points out that the owners have the option to expand these units from 60- up to 100-square meter abodes as they see fit. Uy boasts that these dwellings come almost complete, with painted walls and ceilings, vinyl floor tiles, modular kitchen and aluminum frame windows.

Occupants have the luxury of an exclusive driveway that leads to the fountain and fully landscaped ground.  Other amenities include a swimming pool, grand clubhouse, badminton and basketball courts for sports enthusiasts, playground for kids, a gym, spacious commercial areas, and parking space.
