High-rise Fountain Breeze

Security, affordability are premium

PHINMA Properties is going full throttle on an ambitious project dubbed “Fountain Breeze”—the first ever high-rise property development to be built on a strategic spot 30 minutes from Makati City and 15 minutes from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
