Estrada prefers rule of law

Soc Villegas not for people power

Even as the family of former President Joseph Estrada calls for President Gloria Arroyo to resign, they said they still prefer to mob rule.

Antigovernment protests are expected today, as the country commemorates the 22nd anniversary of the first people power that ended the strong-arm rule of the late President Ferdinand Marcos.
