Govt raises asset-sale target
|
|
THE Department of Finance has increased its
target proceeds from state asset sales this year, but the programmed
amount remains way below last year’s windfall.
In a document, the finance department raised the
expected revenues from privatization to P48.5 billion from the
original goal of P29.5 billion. Last year, actual proceeds reached
P90 billion.
