Belmonte, Fernando among contenders for President |

The Lakas-Christian Muslim
Democrats is considering either Quezon City Mayor Feliciano Belmonte
or Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Bayani
Fernando as its presidential standard-bearer for the 2010 elections,
Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye said.
“I heard from Raul Lambino that
the party is considering [either of] these two personalities as the
presidential bet for the 2010 elections, but I don’t have much
detail,” Bunye disclosed on Wednesday.
