Govt bares plot to oust GMA |
|
A group of junior officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)
is actively
recruiting soldiers to join a plan to topple the administration of
President Gloria Arroyo, a senior government official said on
Friday.
Ronaldo Puno, secretary of the Department of the
Interior and Local Government (DILG), made the statement during a
speech at the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters in Camp
Crame in Quezon City.
