THE Chess Arbiters Association of the Philippines will hold another
chess arbiters’ seminar on January 12 and 13 at the Rosales
Gymnasium in Rosales, Pangasinan.
The seminar, which is limited to 30
participants, is open to all teachers, coaches, professionals,
amateurs and individuals who want to learn the basic skills of
officiating and arbitration thru applying chess laws and
regulations.
Lecturers and facilitators are International
Arbiters Gene Poliarco, Joey Moseros, Erwin Carag and leading
national arbiters. Registration fee is P1,500 inclusive of
certificates, handouts, membership, lunch and dinner.
