country particularly in typhoon stricken Albay province, Sen. Loren
Legarda poured in P5 million to mitigate the
adverse effects of global warming.
Legarda flew and joined the
Climate Change Adaptation and Environment Roundtable initiated by
Gov. Joey Salceda of Albay.
