Robinsons Land launches residential subdivision straddling two villages in Cebu

The real-estate arm of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. announced on Monday the launching of its new horizontal residential project in Cebu.

The project to be called Aspen Heights is a 12-hectare residential community in the municipality of Consolacion, Cebu, being developed by the housing and land development division of Robinsons Land Corp. Aspen Heights sits on rolling hills overlooking the whole Mactan island and straddles the villages of Tolotolo and Danglag, 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown Cebu City.

RLC will offer buyers 600 lots, with 120 sqm lots going for P384,000. Buyers can also opt for house and lots with a variety of designs.

Last year, RLC launched its first exclusive residential resort project in Mactan Cebu called The Blue Coast Residences and AmiSa, a five-hectare- beach-front property development in Punta Engaño also in Mactan. AmiSa will have six residential condominiums, a five-star hotel with amenities, a gaming center that includes a casino and two big and swimming pools.

RLC partnered with its sister company, Robinsons Savings Bank, so that it can offer the “Super Easy Straight Payment” financing scheme wherein AmiSa buyers can pay RLC the down payment on a monthly installment at zero interest and then later avail themselves of a loan with the bank to pay for the balance for a maximum of 15 years. This would allow the buyers to have the flexibility of paying the same amount for the down payment and for the monthly amortization paid for the rest of the loan term.
